**Job Title**: Customer Support Executive & Office Administrator
**Location**: Pune, India**Department**: Administration and Customer Support
**Reports To**: Office Manager / Senior Manager
**Key Responsibilities:Customer Support**:
- **Order Management**: Assist customers with order inquiries, status updates, and resolution of issues.
- **Follow-ups**: Regularly follow up with clients for feedback, payment dues, and service updates.
- **Record Maintenance**: Maintain a log of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions using CRM software.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with internal teams like sales, service, and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Office Administration**:
- **Front Office Management**: Greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage correspondence efficiently.
- **Documentation**: Maintain office records, including invoices, contracts, and reports, ensuring they are organized and up to date.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars for senior executives.
- **Office Supplies Management**: Monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in organizing team meetings, workshops, and corporate events.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Management preferred).
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in customer support, office administration, or a related field.
- **Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM and ERP software is an advantage.
- **Personality**: Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to handle customer queries patiently.
**Other Details**:
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM (flexibility required).
- **Compensation**: Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications.

- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
