**Customer Support Associate at EXL Services**

**Location**: pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve client queries efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate or graduate degree.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice process (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

**Working Conditions**:

- 5 days working with 2 rotational days off.
- Rotational shifts required.
- Work from office; virtual interviews will be conducted.
- Cab facility provided for both ways.

**Additional Information**:

- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Selection process includes HR assessment and operations interview.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
