**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Post job openings on internal and external job boards and track responses.
- Prepare and send offer letters and other employment-related documents.
- Support the onboarding process in collaboration with HR and hiring managers.
- Assist with recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment or HR support role is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever) is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
