**We are hiring for IT Recruiter for our own organization on an Immediate Basis**:
**Company: ORBIQE TECHNOLOGIES PVT. Ltd.**

**Location: Noida Sector 62 (Onsite)**

**Total Experience: 1 Yr**

**Notice Period: 15 to 30 Days**

**We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Recruiter with around one year of experience in technical recruitment to join our team.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Interview Coordination & Support**:
**Stakeholder Collaboration**:
**Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs.**

**Gather insights on open roles and participate in recruitment strategy meetings.**

**Administrative Support**:
**Assist in drafting job descriptions, job postings, and other recruitment materials as needed.**

**Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports for team meetings.**

**Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs when needed.**

**Qualifications**:
**Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or related field.**

**Approximately 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.**

**Basic understanding of IT roles, terminology, and industry trends.**

**Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS.**

**Strong communication and organizational skills.**

**Preferred Skills**:
**Previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment is a plus.**

**Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.**

**Interest in learning and developing expertise in IT recruitment.**
