**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Placement Coordination**:

- Identify job opportunities for students by developing corporate partnerships and employer networks.
- Organize and conduct campus placement drives, job fairs, and industry interface programs.
- **Student Preparation**:

- Conduct mock interviews, aptitude tests, and resume-building workshops.
- Guide students in career planning, resume development, and interview preparation.
- **Employer Relations**:

- Liaise with HR managers and recruitment heads of companies for internship and placement opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication and feedback loop with employers for continuous improvement.
- **Recruitment Support (Internal/External)**:

- Assist in shortlisting and scheduling interviews for recruiters.
- **Database & Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement statistics, and employer contacts.
- Generate timely reports and presentations on placement progress and outcomes.

**Key Skills and Competencies**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, portals, and HR software
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to motivate and guide students professionally

Pay: ₹9,837.82 - ₹25,099.38 per month
