Are you an experienced Maths tutor looking to make a difference in students' academic journeys? We are seeking passionate educators to provide specialized Maths tutoring for Grades 11 and 12 students. This flexible role allows you to teach either online or in-person, helping students master complex concepts and excel in their board exams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide targeted one-on-one Maths tutoring for students in Grades 11 and 12.
- Cater to students across a variety of educational boards, including:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that address each student's unique needs, ensuring they understand challenging Maths topics.
- Prepare students for board exams with tailored study strategies, practice exercises, and effective exam techniques.
- Continuously monitor student progress, offering constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to support ongoing improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Maths at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and reliable Wi-Fi.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to travel to students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
