**Job Overview**:
Are you an experienced Biology tutor with a passion for teaching? We are seeking skilled tutors to provide personalized Biology instruction for students in Grades 11 and 12. This role offers the flexibility to conduct lessons both online and in-person, giving students the support they need to excel in their Biology studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one Biology tutoring for Grades 11 and 12 students.
- Cater to students from various educational boards, including:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Design and deliver customized lesson plans that meet each student's unique learning needs, ensuring a deep understanding of complex Biology concepts.
- Prepare students for their board exams with focused study strategies, practice exercises, and effective exam techniques.
- Continuously assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to maximize learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Biology or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Biology at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to travel to students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
