**Job Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced Physics tutor to provide specialized tutoring for students in Grades 11 and 12. This role offers the flexibility to teach either online or in-person, helping students excel in their Physics studies as they prepare for crucial board exams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver comprehensive one-on-one tutoring sessions focused on Physics for Grades 11 and 12.
- Cater to students across various educational boards:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Create and implement customized lesson plans that address individual student needs and help them grasp complex Physics concepts.
- Prepare students for board exams with effective study strategies, practice exercises, and exam techniques.
- Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Physics or a related field.
- Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and reliable Wi-Fi.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to teach at students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
