Are you a dedicated Chemistry tutor looking to make a difference in students' academic journeys? We are seeking experienced tutors to provide personalized Chemistry instruction for students in Grades 11 and 12. This flexible position allows you to teach both online and in-person, offering students the support they need to excel in their studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide one-on-one Chemistry tutoring for Grades 11 and 12 students.
- Cater to students from various educational boards, including:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Develop and deliver customized lesson plans that address each student's unique learning needs, ensuring they grasp complex Chemistry concepts.
- Prepare students for their board exams with targeted study strategies, practice sessions, and effective exam techniques.
- Continuously assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback and adapting teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Chemistry at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to travel to students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
