**Job Overview**:
Are you a dedicated Accountancy tutor with a strong grasp of financial principles? We are seeking experienced tutors to provide specialized Accountancy tutoring for students in Grades 11 and 12. This position offers the flexibility to teach both online and in-person, helping students understand complex accounting concepts and excel in their studies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide individualized Accountancy tutoring for Grades 11 and 12 students.
- Support students from different educational boards, including:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Develop and implement tailored lesson plans that address each student's specific learning needs, covering topics such as financial statements, accounting principles, balance sheets, and more.
- Assist students in preparing for their board exams with effective study strategies, problem-solving practice, and exam techniques.
- Regularly evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Accountancy at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Excellent communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to travel to students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
