Are you an expert in Business Studies with a passion for teaching? We are looking for experienced Business Studies tutors to provide specialized tutoring for students in Grades 11 and 12. This role offers the flexibility to teach both online and in-person, helping students grasp essential business concepts and excel in their academic pursuits.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver individualized Business Studies tutoring sessions for Grades 11 and 12 students.
- Provide support across various educational boards, including:

- CBSE
- ICSE
- IGCSE
- IB
- Karnataka State Board
- NIOS
- Create and implement customized lesson plans that cater to each student's needs, covering topics such as business management, organizational behavior, marketing, finance, and economics.
- Assist students with exam preparation by offering effective study strategies, practice exercises, and guidance on exam techniques.
- Monitor student progress regularly, offering constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Business Studies, Commerce, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring Business Studies at the senior secondary level (Grades 11 & 12).
- Strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
- For online tutoring: Must have a laptop, pentablet or PC, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- For in-person tutoring: Must be available to travel to students' homes in various Bengaluru localities.
