**ob Summary**:
This role requires **a deep understanding of the education sector, a consultative sales approach, and expertise in selling SaaS-based learning platforms, online courses, LMS (Learning Management Systems), AI-powered learning solutions, and digital education tools**.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth**:

- Develop and implement a **strategic sales plan** to achieve business objectives.
- Identify, target, and convert **educational institutions, training centers, corporate clients, and government agencies** into long-term partners.
- Drive sales of **EdTech solutions such as Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning content, AI-based adaptive learning, and online assessment tools**.
- Meet and exceed **monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets**.
- Maintain a **healthy sales pipeline** and use CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and conversions.

**2. Business Development & Client Acquisition**:

- Conduct **market research** to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Build relationships with **key decision-makers** in schools, universities, corporate HR & L&D teams, and government education bodies.
- Generate leads through **cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and digital outreach**.
- Develop and deliver **customized sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations**.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively.

**3. Relationship Management & Customer Retention**:

- Build and maintain **strong, long-term relationships** with existing clients.
- Act as a **trusted advisor** to clients, understanding their pain points and recommending the right solutions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and **post-sale customer support** in collaboration with the customer success team.
- Drive **renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities**.

**4. Collaboration & Teamwork**:

- Work closely with **marketing teams** to align sales strategies with lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with the **product development team** to provide market feedback and improve EdTech offerings.
- Partner with the **customer success team** to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Provide **regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis** to senior management.

**5. Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated with **EdTech trends, competitor strategies, and industry innovations**.
- Analyze competitors' offerings and develop a **unique value proposition** for company solutions.
- Identify **partnership opportunities** with content providers, tech companies, and education stakeholders.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
