**Role**:Sales Executive
**Languages**: Kannada(must), English, Hindi(added advantage)
**Experience**: 1.5+years
**Location**: Bangalore
**Qualifications**:
- Pursuing Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
- Internship experience in sales or customer service is advantageous.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales role.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
**Skills required**:
- Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Present product offerings and services to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
**Experienced Required**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the architecture or design industry or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
