**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Visit prospective clients (builders, architects, contractors, interior designers, homeowners, etc.) to pitch interior/exterior products
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at client sites
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers for repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team for timely product delivery and installation
- Collect customer feedback and provide after-sales support when required
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the manager
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and new products

**Key Requirements**:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Experience: Fresher to 2 years of field sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Must own a **2-wheeler** and have a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel locally/within assigned territory
- Basic understanding of interior and exterior products (training will be provided)
