Job Title: Operations Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales teams to define sales targets, objectives, and strategies.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance productivity and performance.
- Lead and mentor sales operations team members, providing guidance and support to drive results.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop and implement sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Identify and recommend tools, technologies, and resources to support sales operations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Proficiency in sales management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Experience in the [industry or sector relevant to the company] is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
