**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Documentation Management**: Prepare, review, and manage import/export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and Customs Declarations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all import and export activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on changes in trade regulations and tariffs.
- **Coordination**: Liaise with customs authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers to facilitate timely and accurate shipment processing.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions and documentation for auditing and compliance purposes.
- **Tracking and Reporting**: Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders. Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to shipments.
- **Customer Service**: Address and resolve any queries or issues related to import/export processes from clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround times in import/export operations.
**Skills**:
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations and documentation requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of ERP or trade management software is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
**Eligibility**
- Graduate, MBA
- Experience of 5 years or more in similar profile preferable
- IT knowledge and experience in ERP shall be added advantage
- MS Office proficiency
- Should be based at Gurgaon
