**PROFILE SUMMARY**

**JOB RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY**:

- Meet and assist customers in the experience center to offer guidance on the products
- Drive sales by promoting products and upselling related accessories to clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide accurate information to clients
- Assist in managing inventory control which includes regularly updating stocks to ensure product availability
- Provide regular sales reports and feedback to the manager on customer preferences
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support in a courteous manner
- Manage day-to-day operations at the experience center to ensure effective running of the business operations
- Deal with architects & interior designers to understand their requirements in details.

**SKILLS REQUIRED**:

- Proven experience in sales & operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills
- Basic understanding of lighting products and electrical fittings is an advantage

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, or similar customer-facing environment
- Experience in the lighting industry or knowledge of lighting products is an advantage

**WORKING DAYS & TIME**:

- Monday to Saturday (11 AM-7 PM)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
