**About Company: -** Anduril Retail Pvt Ltd is a leading online seller of over 4000 products, mainly in lingerie and western wear range on national and global e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon / Flipkart and many others and headquartered in Pune, Maharashtra.

**Position: E-commerce Admin.**

Qualification: Graduate
Required Experience: - 1 to 3 Years
Required Nos: - 1 Nos.
Note:

- Locals preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
**Product Management:

- **
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings on the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to promote new products and campaigns.

**2.** **Order Processing and Fulfilment:

- **
- Process incoming orders and verify order accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Update customers on order status and tracking information.

**3.** **Inventory Control:

- **
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to meet demand and avoid stockouts.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to reconcile stock levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for replenishment and manage returns and exchanges.

**4.** **Customer Service:

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any complaints.

**5.** **Analytics and Reporting:

- Prepare regular reports for management on e-commerce operations.

**6.** **Platform Maintenance:

- Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the

E-commerce platform.
- Ensure the platform is up-to-date with the latest software versions and security patches.

**7.** **Payment Processing:

- Oversee payment gateway integrations and ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Address and resolve any payment-related issues or discrepancies.

**Requirements:

- **
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in e-commerce administration or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks efficiently.
