We're Hiring – Commerce Back-End Developer (SAP Hybris)We're looking for a skilled Commerce Back-End Developer with hands-on experience in SAP Hybris to join our team in Pune (Hinjewadi). If you're passionate about solving complex eCommerce challenges, supporting mission-critical applications, and working in a collaborative hybrid setup — this role is for you Position Details Role: Commerce Back-End Developer Experience: 4–7 Years Location: Pune (Hinjewadi) Working Mode: Hybrid Duration: 12 Months Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for SAP Hybris and related systems.Troubleshoot issues across storefront modules (Cart, Checkout, Search, Promotions).Monitor & resolve integration issues with 3rd-party systems (payment gateways, OMS, etc.).Perform root cause analysis, monitor performance logs, and collaborate with L3/development teams.Maintain SLA compliance and document recurring issues in the knowledge base.Perform maintenance activities and provide on-call/weekend support (rotational). Skills & Experience (Good to Have)Strong understanding of Hybris architecture, data modeling, and admin tools (Backoffice, HAC, HMC).Experience with Impex scripts, Java, Spring Framework, and RESTful APIs.Familiarity with Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace, and ITSM tools like ServiceNow / JIRA.Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with exposure to eCommerce platform integrations.
