Position: Commerce Back End Developer

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Pune (Hinjewadi)

Employment Mode: Contract to Hire

Duration: 12 Months (Contract)

Budget: 14 LPA

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary L2 support contact for SAP Hybris and related systems.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents escalated from L1 support, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Perform application log analysis, system performance monitoring, and conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • Provide timely resolution for storefront-related issues (Cart, Checkout, Search, Promotions).
  • Monitor and troubleshoot third-party system integrations (Payment Gateways, OMS, etc.).
  • Collaborate with L3/Development teams for deep-dive technical analysis and code-level resolutions.
  • Handle tickets in ITSM systems (ServiceNow, JIRA) while meeting SLA targets.
  • Document recurring issues, create knowledge base articles, and maintain support documentation.
  • Execute routine maintenance tasks: cache clearing, cronjob monitoring, deployment checks, etc.
  • Provide on-call and weekend support on a rotational basis.

Background & Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of SAP Hybris architecture including data modeling , FlexibleSearch) and administrative tools (Backoffice, HAC, HMC).
  • Hands-on experience with Impex scripts for data import/export.
  • Proficiency in Hybris core modules: Product Catalog, Cart, Checkout, Promotions.
  • Working knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with log analysis & monitoring tools (Kibana, Splunk, Dynatrace).
  • Exposure to ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of eCommerce platforms and third-party system integrations.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹1,300, ₹1,400,000.00 per year
