**Salary**: 18,000++ (with performance-based incentives)

**Job Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Management & Conversion**: Effectively manage inbound and outbound patient leads, ensuring prompt follow-ups, accurate documentation, and consistent conversion through the CRM.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Establish and nurture positive relationships with patients by delivering high-quality service, addressing inquiries, and guiding them through available healthcare services.
- **Outbound Engagement**: Conduct proactive outreach to potential patients, maintain professionalism, and inform them of healthcare offerings to encourage patient engagement.
- **Patient Support & Retention**: Offer post-treatment support, collect feedback, and ensure high patient satisfaction, aiming to strengthen patient loyalty.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Regularly update patient records in the CRM, manage patient information in Microsoft Excel, and generate reports to track engagement and conversion.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Primary Skills Required**:

- **Microsoft Excel (Medium Proficiency)**: Comfortable with data sorting, filtering, and report generation.
- **CRM Management (High Proficiency)**: Experienced in tracking leads, documenting interactions, and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- **Communication Skills (High Proficiency)**: Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective patient engagement.
- **AI & Excel Familiarity**: Basic experience with tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Excel for handling communication and data management tasks.
- **Industry Background**: Prior experience in BPO/KPO or call center roles focused on outbound patient or client communication is essential.

**Experience and Education Requirements**:

- **3-4 years of experience** in customer relationship or lead management, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- **Healthcare Experience**: Prior experience working in a hospital or medical setting is advantageous.
- **Incentives**: Eligible for performance-based incentives aligned with lead conversion and patient satisfaction targets.
