Finance Solutions is hiring for **3 Client Relationship Executive** positions in the following areas**:Loans**, **Investments**, and **Insurance**. These full-time roles will involve end-to-end client management, from **lead generation** to **execution** of financial services. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, explaining our offerings, managing documentation, and ensuring the successful completion of their transactions.

Each position will focus on a different area of financial services, offering an exciting opportunity to specialize in either **Loans**, **Investments**, or **Insurance**, with the chance to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**: Understand client requirements, educate them about relevant financial products (loans, investments, or insurance), and offer tailored solutions that best suit their needs.
- **End-to-End Execution**: Manage the entire client process, from initial lead contact through to closing the sale, including documentation, follow-up, and ensuring the successful completion of the transaction.
- **Document Submission**: Visit the bank or relevant institutions for document submissions related to the loans, investments, or insurance policies.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional after-sales service by answering questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients through any additional steps needed.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Assist with other administrative duties, including filing, client communication, and updating records.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification**:10+2 (High School)**. Freshers are welcome to apply.
- **Basic computer knowledge** required for digital file management and using banking or financial software systems.
- **Fluency in English** (preferred) for effective communication with clients.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to visit the bank or institutions for document submissions as needed.
- Full-time position, **working hours from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM**.

**Positions Available**:

- **Investments Executive**: Focus on investment services, including portfolio management and financial planning. Convert leads into clients and help them manage their investment strategies.
