**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make and manage a minimum of 150 calls per day to prospective clients.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs.
- Provide clients with information about properties, including features and pricing.
- Schedule property site visits and maintain follow-ups.
- Work towards achieving monthly property sales targets.
- Maintain a detailed log of client interactions and sales activities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus (training will be provided).
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or real estate is preferred.
