**Location**:Pune** (with travel to **Ahmednagar, Satara, and Raigad**)

**Reporting To**:Owner and Pune Warehouse In-Charge**

**Veera Traders** is a leading **wholesale distributor** of confectionery products, supplying a wide range of **chocolates, candies, biscuits, wafers, bubble gums, jelly items, molded chocolates, toys, and gifts**. With strong operations in **Ulhasnagar and Gujarat**, we are now expanding rapidly in **Pune, Ahmednagar, Satara, and Raigad**.

We are looking for a **Field Sales Executive** with experience in **FMCG or confectionery sales** to drive business development across multiple districts. This is a **field-focused** role ideal for someone who can **communicate well, build relationships**, and **deliver results**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and approach **wholesalers, hawkers, and distributors** who supply confectionery
- Conduct **market research** to find and connect with B2B customers
- **Pitch products**, introduce **Veera Traders’ brands**, and generate orders
- **Upsell products** and ensure **repeat business**:

- Maintain regular communication via communication apps **and phone**:

- Coordinate with the **warehouse team** for **timely delivery**:

- **Travel** across assigned districts regularly
- Gather and report **market feedback and competitor activity**

**Requirements**:

- **FMCG/confectionery sales experience** preferred
- Minimum qualification**:B.Com or equivalent**:

- Strong **communication and relationship-building** skills
- Ability to **travel independently** and work without supervision
- Must be active on messaging **and phone**
