**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The role involves actively seeking out and engaging with prospective customers, building lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. As a Field Sales Executive, you will represent the company, promote its products or services, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Client Acquisition**:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and field presentations.
- Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with prospects to demonstrate and promote products or services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Address client queries and provide post-sales support to ensure satisfaction.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities.
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance the product or service offering.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales activity reports, including customer feedback, opportunities, and challenges.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and KPIs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Provide insights to management for strategic decision-making.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
