Executive - Club House
**Job Description Summary**

Operational Accountabilities:
- 1. Assist in overseeing daily club operations.
2. Manage specific departments or areas as assigned.
3. Ensure high-quality service delivery across all club amenities and facilities.
4. Coordinate and supervise staff in assigned areas, including scheduling and training.
5. Assist in implementing strategies to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
6. Help manage club events and activities, ensuring smooth execution and member enjoyment.
7. Support financial management by monitoring departmental budgets and expenses.
8. Address member inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
9. Conduct regular inspections of club facilities to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
10. Assist in developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
11. Support the Clubhouse in project management and new initiatives.
12. Ensure compliance with club policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations.
13. Collaborate with other departments to maintain cohesive club operations.
14. Prepare reports and analyses as per the requirement.

Experience:
- Total Experience of 3 to 5 Years handling Clubhouse in a Premium property

Location: - Mumbai(Juhu)
