**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**He should be able to handle the club house and swimming pool**

Manage payments of contractors/vendors

Attending members queries/complaints

Ability to handle statutory records of the society. Ensure all the books/registers are up to-date as per bye laws & as per the instruction of the committee

Manage MC Meetings & prepare Agenda & Minutes of the meeting

Ability to handle the vendors and effectively present the need to committee members

Employee handlining skills and diligently work on the housekeeping and others major

Areas like Security, Water supply etc

Handle Bank payments & receipts, Vendors Payment
