Job Description - Responsible for the overall operations and performance of the club. - Holds the highest level of responsibility within the gym; all staff members report to the Front Office Manager. - Oversees all purchasing activities required for the smooth functioning of the club. - Makes minor financial decisions related to daily operations. - Actively participates in sales and is eligible for performance-based incentives. - Ensures all staff members perform efficiently, maintain discipline, and meet service standards. - Handles staff scheduling, including managing the roster and work timings. - Expected to work flexible hours, averaging approximately 9 hours per day. - Accountable for achieving the overall club targets. - Manages and monitors the club's software systems for operations and reporting. - Conducts public relations, follow-ups, and conversion activities to drive membership growth. - Leads pre-sales and marketing initiatives, including planning and executing campaigns involving flyers, inserts, and outdoor marketing activities.
