**Job Description**:
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle for all personally assigned requisitions from requirements definition, sourcing, selection through to on boarding
- Support Recruitment across India and other countries as required.
- Drive Diversity hiring plans
- Write and post professional job Adverts
- Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers using market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions
- Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas

The Individual

Skills & Experience:

- Engineering Degree in any stream.
- Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred
- Experience - 2 to 5 years
- Experience in hiring for finance positions is essential
- Proven track record in Talent Acquisition
- Strong communication skills
- Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage
- Knowledge of Process improvement methodology such as lean Yellow Belt or Green Belt is desired
