- The Talent Acquisition PartnerDuties & Responsibilities

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you support the strategic direction and governance for MEA region. You will drive the Talent Acquisition strategy while also focusing on building diversity in sourcing the right Talent for the organization through various job seeker pools.
- Coach, challenge and advise Hiring Managers using market data to inform and influence key hiring decisions.
- Accountable for proactively building talent pools and pipelines for future recruitment needs identifying new channels and bringing innovative ideas.

The Individual

**Skills & Experience**:

- Engineering Degree in any stream. Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resources preferred.
- **Must have proven experience in Middle East and Africa Recruitment.**:

- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Seek etc.
- Working with Global Teams will be of added advantage.
- Knowledge of Process improvement methodology such as lean Yellow Belt or Green Belt is desired
