**Talent Acquisition & Business Partner**:

- Pune, Maharashtra | Full Time**About the role**
- In this role, you will be responsible to lead the recruitment strategy for how Amberstudent will execute banded, bringing together the resources of Talent Acquisition recruiting, employer branding and marketing, Talent Acquisition operations and technology and the HR services.
- Partner with leaders and HR Business Partners to assess hiring needs, workforce planning, capacity Talent Acquisition planning, and year-end planning to build a stronger strategic approach for Talent Acquisition.
- Achieve an annual hiring plan that emphasizes scale, quality, and speed of hires. To do this, the TA leader must understand the business's goals and strategy related to the talent plan and translate that into a clear resource strategy that combines people, process, and technology to deliver outcomes.
- Leads, coaches, and inspires talent acquisition teams to deliver outstanding results while effectively communicating the critical dimensions of the long-term vision. Comfortable rolling up sleeves to get things done in tandem with participating in deeply complex discussions.
- Plan, manage & strategies the Campus hiring and maintain a cordial relationship in terms of future prospects.
- Lead & execute best-in-class new hire onboarding program by partnering with business leaders and HR partners to deliver a positive and effective new hire experience.
- Counsel Business Leaders regarding company policies, procedures and workplace issues. Provide coaching and resolution regarding all employee relations issues.
- Organize skip level meetings and empathetically address employee grievances.
- Works closely with Business Leaders on internal performance evaluation programs like Capability Development Program, Performance improvement plan, one on one performance discussions.
- Coach and mentor employees and promote a culture of knowledge sharing.
