This role can be offered as **hybrid** from our **Mumbai office** but some flexibility from other locations as remote.

**How will you make a difference?**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop tailored, inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Lead job scoping conversations to define role requirements and success profiles.
- Source diverse talent through multiple channels including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and events.
- Conduct thoughtful and engaging interviews, assessing both technical fit and cultural alignment.
- Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing LRQA’s Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and inclusive culture.
- Use data and talent insights to inform decisions and influence stakeholders.

**What will you bring?**

**Essential**
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a fast-paced, global environment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with a data-driven approach to recruitment.
- Experience recruiting across international markets.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge sharing.
- Relentless client focus and a solutions-oriented approach.

**Desirable**
- Experience of using Boolean or X-Ray sourcing techniques
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Executive search experience

**Working Hours**

This role supports EMEA with flexibility and requires a start time of 1.30pm IST with some flexibility to accommodate different time zones and personal needs.

**Selection Process**
- An initial conversation with a member of the Global Talent Acquisition Team
- A case study assessment
- A final interview focused on values and behaviours
