
Customer Success Intern

This internship is designed for someone who’s curious—not just about skincare, but about people. As a Customer Success Intern, you’ll become a bridge between our clients and our brand. You’ll be part educator, part listener, and part problem-solver—ensuring that every customer interaction is not just helpful, but thoughtful and rooted in science. You’ll work closely with our Marketing Team and Co-founder, gaining hands-on exposure to customer experience, skincare knowledge, and brand storytelling.
**What you will be responsible for?**
Guide them through product choices, routines, and concerns based on their unique skin journey.
Learn how Aminu’s ingredients and formulations work—and be able to explain the science in a way that feels simple and empowering to customers. Observe patterns in customer behavior, questions, and preferences.
Turn those into meaningful inputs for the marketing and product teams—because no one hears the customer's voice more closely than you.
Work with the marketing team to help shape communication, community engagement, and content —backed by real-world customer feedback

A curious, thoughtful communicator who listens well and speaks with clarity
Someone who cares deeply about helping others make informed, confident decisions
Open to learning—about skincare science, people, and problem-solving
Comfortable using digital tools like WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and social platforms
Reliable and proactive, with a sense of ownership over your work

Have worked in customer support, retail, or client services before
Are currently studying or have a background in science, communication, or marketing
Genuinely enjoy exploring skincare and wellness, and want to grow in the space
