**Job Description -**

**What You’ll Do**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls & follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for orders, prescriptions & logistics
- Maintain CRM records & track customer conversations
- Build trust through product education and service excellence

**You Are**:

- Excellent spoken & written communication (English + Hindi)
- Prior experience in customer service or tele-sales (preferred)
- A calm, patient, and helpful attitude
- Basic computer skills

**Who Can Apply**:
Students or recent grads from any background who are eager to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
