**The Opportunity**:
This role will be first point of contact for Global Procurement related requirements. Handle end to end validation and on time processing of PO requests, assist ad-hoc projects towards process improvement, as needed. Also, protect organization's value by keeping information confidential and manage other PTP administration tasks as assigned from time to time.

**You are great at**:

- End to end validations and ontime Processing of Purchase Orders
- Understanding and execution of Procurement/Purchasing administrator’s key responsibilities
- Processing of Amex Card requests, and answer associated enquires
- Ensure Audit/Sox compliant
- Analyzing error log, escalations and subsequent action planning
- Documentation
- Audit Support

**What it takes**:

- Finance graduate degree with 6-8 years of exerience, preferrably in procurement.
- Strong communication skills required to manage interactions with customers
- Understanding about Procure to Pay cycle
- Good analytical skills to support decision making on day to day operations
- Proactively identifies opportunities for improvements and makes recommendations
- Assures effective business controls through review, analysis, and verification
- Knowledge on SoX, KPI & Business Continuity preferred
- Is able to understand direct and indirect impacts of activities performed by his/her team on customer
