**Join the team**

As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Procurement & Finance Administrator to join our Procurement and Finance teams on a part-time basis for 20 hours per week.

In this role, you will divide your time equally between supporting procurement and finance tasks. Working closely with both teams, you will focus on administrative support, data management, and improving processes. Together, you’ll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of these vital functions while gaining diverse and valuable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with raising and tracking purchase orders (POs) and requisitions, ensuring accurate invoice processing and matching with POs and received goods/services.
- Manage supplier and vendor onboarding processes, including maintaining up-to-date documentation, contracts, and procurement records.
- Support vendor communications by following up on quotes, lead times, delivery schedules, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to meet purchasing needs.
- Help prepare procurement reports, analyse data, and assess supplier performance, contributing to the development and implementation of procurement policies.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring payment deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support for monthly and year-end financial close, including managing expenses, timesheet reminders, and other finance tasks.

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of procurement and finance principles or a willingness to learn.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or in a team.
- Enthusiastic about developing skills in procurement and finance; experience with software like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- A-levels, vocational qualifications, or equivalent, with a desire for further professional development in procurement, finance, or business administration.
