**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in sourcing and selecting vendors based on price, quality, and delivery time.
- Raise and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in ERP or procurement systems.
- Support negotiations with vendors for pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand material or service requirements.
- Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve order discrepancies.
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance based on quality, delivery, and responsiveness.
- Support compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation or alternate sourcing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
- Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
