Role Description

This position is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Procurement Officer based in Bengaluru. The Procurement Officer will manage daily operational activities, including RFQ submissions, vendor onboarding, purchase order creation and distribution, negotiation, payment term optimization, expediting, and client communication.

Qualifications

  • Possesses demonstrated expertise in Purchase Orders and expediting processes.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and taxation principles.
  • Proven experience in managing import orders.
  • Demonstrates strong negotiation and procurement skills.
  • Exhibits effective communication and supplier relationship management capabilities.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Possesses relevant experience within the procurement domain.
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with Coupa and Dynamics/SAP platforms is advantageous.
