Job Title: PreSales Associate Company: askIITians Web Pvt. Ltd. Location: Noida (6 days working) Shift Timing: 1:30PM-10:30PM Salary: Up To 3 lakh per annum About AskIITians: Company Overview: AskIITians, established in 2007 by two IITians, is a pioneer in the edtech industry with a global presence in over 25 countries.

PreSales Associate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls, engaging potential customers, and setting up appointments for the sales team. This role is critical in ensuring a strong sales pipeline and contributing to the overall growth of the company.
➔ Relationship Management: ○ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. ○ Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
➔ Market Research & Strategy: ○ Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. ○ Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams to help refine our offerings and marketing strategies
- ➔ Collaboration: ○ Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation efforts and align sales strategies. ○ Collaborate with academic advisors and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and satisfaction of enrolled students. 2 Key Responsibilities of a PreSales Associate:
➔ Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products and services.
➔ Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients' needs and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
➔ Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
➔ Database Management: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate information about leads and customer interactions.
➔ Market Research: Research target markets and identify potential leads based on industry trends.
➔ Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies and share insights from client interactions.
➔ Reporting: Track and report on lead generation activities and outcomes, providing regular updates to the sales team and management. Qualifications and Skills:
➔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying information, building rapport with prospects, and closing sales.
➔ Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation and a genuine desire to help individuals achieve their educational goals. Ability to empathize with prospective students and address their concerns effectively.
➔ Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities and evolving sales strategies. Flexibility to adapt sales approaches based on individual customer needs and feedback.
➔ Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
3 ➔ Sales Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management. Utilize sales tracking tools and reports to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
➔ Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other members of the sales team, academic advisors, marketing professionals, and other internal stakeholders to streamline the sales process and optimize customer engagement. Preferred Qualifications:
➔ Experience selling educational products or services in international markets (Middle East, US, UK)
- ➔ Knowledge of the competitive examination landscape (e.g., SAT, ACT, JEE, NEET).
➔ Multilingual capabilities, especially in Arabic or other regional languages, is a plus. Additional Information:
