- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and insurance regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and address their queries effectively.
- Generate and analyze reports related to claims processing and status.
- Collaborate with internal departments to improve claims management processes.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
