**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to corporates, insurance companies, TPAs, and referral doctors for hospital tie-ups and collaborations.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team for scheduling meetings and tie-up discussions.
- Track and follow up on leads generated through CRM to convert them into hospital visits or corporate partnerships.
- Generate CRM reports on calls, tie-up progress, and conversion rates.
- Ensure proper documentation of MOUs, agreements, and discussions in CRM.
- Support patient relationship management by calling corporate employees for appointments, reminders, and feedback.
- Achieve assigned targets for corporate engagement, tie-ups, and patient lead conversions.

**Requirements**:

- Qualification: Graduate.
- Experience: Fresher-3 years in telecalling/CRM/business development (experience in hospital/healthcare industry preferred).
- Knowledge of **CRM tools** (Zoho, Salesforce, HIS, or similar).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional languages an advantage).
- Good negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask between tie-up calling, CRM updating, and reporting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
