Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Tele caller to join our real estate team in Mohali. The Tele caller will be responsible for contacting potential customers to promote our real estate services, particularly focusing on newly constructed buildings and flats. This role involves making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers who have shown interest in real estate properties.
- Explain our services, features, and benefits to potential clients over the phone.
- Gather information from leads about their property requirements and preferences.
- Schedule appointments for field sales executives to visit clients and showcase properties.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar sales/customer service role, preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to succeed.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of the real estate market in Mohali.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and providing information about products/services.
- Ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
