Job description

Job Title: Tele Caller Executive

Location: 70 Sector

**Job Type**: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.

Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.

Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.

Handle customer objections and provide relevant information to resolve issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation.

Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality.

Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:
Graduation

Proven experience in tele calling customer service.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
