**Job Summary**:
Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office. This role ensures smooth operations by managing office resources, maintaining office procedures, and providing support to staff and management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and safe.
- Handle office utilities, repairs, and maintenance.

**Administrative Support**:

- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Prepare and maintain office documents, including reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.

**Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule meetings, appointments, and office events.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
- Assist in organizing team activities and training sessions.

**Record Keeping**:

- Maintain confidential employee files, office records, and client documents.
- Manage data entry, filing, and archiving of important documents.
- Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures.

**Communication**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for office-related inquiries.
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

**Financial Tasks**:

- Handle basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and bill payments.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in office administration or related roles.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
