Support the Licensed Immigration Adviser with administrative and case-related tasks

Excellent English writing and communication skills

Confident using AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with writing and productivity

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in administration or immigration support is an advantage

Knowledge of New Zealand immigration processes (training will be provided)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems

Friendly, professional, and client-focused
