**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and commercial offers to customers and channel partners.
- Coordinate with the external/field sales team for order follow-ups, lead updates, and customer requirements.
- Maintain and update the CRM or internal sales database to track leads, prospects, and order status.
- Assist in preparing tender documents and supporting documentation for AMC/ARC (Annual Maintenance Contract / Annual Rate Contract) services.
- Communicate with the production and service departments to ensure timely delivery and service execution.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly sales reports and MIS data for management review.
- Manage after-sales follow-up, feedback collection, and customer relationship building.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business Administration preferred).
- **Language**: Strong English communication skills (written & verbal); Hindi fluency desirable.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in internal sales coordination, customer service, or back-office sales support (manufacturing or industrial service sector preferred).
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of CRM/ERP software will be an added advantage.
- **Core Competencies**:

- Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Profile**
- English-medium schooling background to ensure high-quality business communication.
- Exposure to industrial products or service-based companies will be advantageous.
