**Position Overview**

The **Sales Support Executive** will be responsible for assisting the Sales & Marketing team in quotation preparation, customer support, complaint handling, technical coordination, and AMC/ARC work order management. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sound understanding of industrial/mechanical products.

**Key ResponsibilitiesQuotation & Documentation Management**
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and techno-commercial offers.
- Maintain quotation logs, follow-up trackers, and customer communication records.
- Assist in drafting work orders, AMC/ARC agreements, and service-related documents.

**Customer Support & Complaint Handling**
- Coordinate with clients regarding queries, complaints, and service requests.
- Ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related issues in collaboration with the service/technical team.
- Maintain after-sales communication and follow-up for customer satisfaction.

**Technical Sales Coordination**
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, datasheets, and product explanations.
- Assist in technical comparison sheets and bidding documentation for industrial clients.

**AMC/ARC Project Support**
- Manage documentation and support functions for AMC/ARC contracts.
- Coordinate scheduling of service visits, job completion reports, and client confirmations.
- Track renewal dates, service SLAs, and contract performance updates.

**MIS & Reporting**
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM/lead tracking sheets, quotation status, and customer visit reports.
- **MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is mandatory** for reporting and documentation.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, BBA, B.Com, or related field.
- Experience in sales support, customer handling, or technical sales preferred.
- Strong understanding of industrial/mechanical equipment (preferably in oil filtration or machinery).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and systematically.
- Strong coordination, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- **Mandatory proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).**
