**Sales and Customer Service**:

- Proactively approach customers to promote parts and accessories.
- Assist customers in identifying their specific parts requirements.
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's parts and accessories catalogue.
- Educate customers on the benefits and usage of various parts and accessories.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers when necessary.
- **Sales Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
- Prepare sales reports and analyses to track performance against targets.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the parts sales market.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Liaise with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to address customer needs and resolve issues.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the Earth moving Equipment (like JCB) or parts industry.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in sales and customer service is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- Parts Sales Executives typically work in retail or dealership environments.
- Field Work

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
