Job Summary:
As a Field Sales Intern Trainee, you'll be crucial in expanding our customer base and driving business growth. You'll be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, promoting our services, and building strong relationships with existing customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Jamshedpur
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Submit daily/weekly reports on sales activities and progress

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Sales, or related fields
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Hindi and English
