About Liasotech Liasotech is a manufacturer of industrial oil filtration systems used by leading steel power and manufacturing companies across India We help industries achieve world-class reliability oil cleanliness and maintenance efficiency At Liasotech we are redefining industrial reliability through innovation integrity and excellence Role Overview We are hiring a Graduate Engineer Trainee GET with a Mechanical Engineering background who is eager to build a career in technical sales customer support and industrial reliability The selected candidate will undergo structured training under the Technical Sales Manager to learn about oil filtration systems AMC site management and customer handling eventually growing into a Technical Sales Engineer role Key Responsibilities Learn and understand the working of oil filtration systems hydraulic circuits and lubrication systems Support the Technical Sales Manager in handling AMC Annual Maintenance Contract sites and key customer accounts Conduct customer visits monitor machine performance and ensure oil cleanliness standards NAS ISO Prepare technical quotations proposals and site reports in coordination with the Sales Support team Participate in sales visits commissioning and product demonstrations Provide technical customer support both on-site and remotely for issue resolution Coordinate with service operations and sales teams to ensure smooth execution Gradually take responsibility for managing AMC sites and smaller customer accounts Qualification Skills B Tech B E in Mechanical or Production Engineering from a reputed institute Strong fundamentals in mechanical systems pumps hydraulics and fluid mechanics Good communication documentation and coordination skills Analytical mindset with willingness to travel and work at industrial sites Passion for problem-solving industrial systems and customer interaction Preferred Attributes Internship or project in maintenance industrial systems hydraulics or lubrication Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Career interest in industrial sales technical service or customer success Career Path Year 1 Graduate Engineer Trainee Year 2 Technical Sales Engineer Compensation 20 000 - 25 000 per month CTC during training with performance-based review after 12 months Why Join Liasotech Learn directly from industry experts in oil filtration and reliability engineering Exposure to both technical and business sides of industrial equipment Hands-on learning at AMC sites and customer locations across India Build a strong techno-commercial career in industrial reliability solutions Compensation 20 000 - 25 000 per month CTC during training with a performance-based review after 12 months Why Join Liasotech Learn directly from experienced mentors in oil filtration and reliability engineering Exposure to both technical and business aspects of industrial equipment Hands-on learning at AMC sites and customer locations across India Build a strong techno-commercial career in industrial reliability solutions Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Leave encashment Education Bachelor s Preferred Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
